Call for Papers: Australasian STS Graduate Student Network workshop, 28-29 July 2022

Those with leanings towards Science and Technology Studies (STS) might be interested to know about the forthcoming multisited AusSTS 2022 Graduate Student Network Workshop, with the theme “Generations.”

The workshop will be held on 28-29 July 2022. The Centre for Science in Society at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington is hosting the Aotearoa node of the workshop. Of special note is an intergenerational plenary on the workshop theme, “Generations,” featuring Aotearoa New Zealand anthropology’s own Mythily Meher (University of Auckland) alongside Hana Burgess (University of Auckland) and Billy van Uitregt (Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington). The other keynote presentation will be delivered by Anne Pollock (King’s College London) and streamed from Sydney.

Feel free to circulate the workshop’s call for papers with any interested students and early career researchers who are thinking critically about science and technology.
