Position available: Lectureship in Social Anthropology at the University of Waikato

The Anthropology Programme at the University of Waikato is searching for a Lecturer to join their programme.

The Anthropology Programme at the University of Waikato is delighted to announce the search for a lecturer to join their team. The preference is for a candidate who has conducted ethnographic research in the Pacific, inclusive of Aotearoa, and with expertise in one or more of the following areas: ethnicity and identity; medical anthropology; the ethnography of science and technology; art, aesthetics and performance.

The successful candidate will be suitably qualified with a PhD in Anthropology and have an emerging track record of high quality research outputs and the potential to attract external research funding.
